Convera is seeking a Sales Excellence Specialist to join our Sales Growth and Enablement Team. This role requires collaboration with marketing, sales enablement and sales. You will be responsible for:
- Lead Nurturing & Qualification. Source relevant insights and materials to develop engagement and relationships, ensuring every lead is nurtured and qualified effectively via digital motions.
- Pipeline Support: Monitor lead status and follow up diligently to meet lead response times, ensuring no lead is left unattended.
- Secure Quality Meetings: Meet KPIs by securing quality meetings for our Sales teams around the world, ensuring smooth meeting handovers, allowing Sales to prepare for more in-depth conversations with leads.
- Data Management & Lead Hygiene: Maintain clean and up-to-date records in Salesforce, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks and every interaction is accurately recorded.
- Data Management & Lead Hygiene: Collaborate with marketing and sales enablement to refine lead-nurturing sequences
You should apply if you have:
- Experience: Ability to demonstrate experience in marketing or sales. Minimum 18 months of experience in customer-facing lead generation or junior sales roles, ideally with knowledge of Foreign Exchange (FX), Payments and Technology.
- Goal-oriented: Demonstrated success in meeting deadlines or monthly targets.
- Tech Savvy: Aware of Salesforce.com, marketing automation platforms, and other digital sales tools.
- Process Focussed: Demonstrated knowledge of lead generation and sales pipeline building. Must be able to follow company processes.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with strong written communication abilities, and a knack for crafting compelling messages and responses.
- Time Management: A strong work ethic, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Growth Minded: Ability to work independently and bring fresh ideas to optimize digital touchpoints and enhance lead engagement processes. Identify and suggest improvements for lead handling and qualification.
