We are seeking a Regulatory Reporting Lead for our London office to oversee OTC Derivative reporting to global regulatory bodies and manage communications with internal stakeholders.

You will be responsible for:

  • An exciting opportunity to lead the Derivative Reporting team responsible for reporting to global external regulatory bodies including the reporting and monitoring of OTC Derivatives. 
  • Lead in the production and agreement of solution designs, incorporating inputs from Business, Compliance, Legal and Technical teams. 
  • Lead in the design and execution of data architecture for our derivative reporting  
  • Drive engagement with regulators and auditors (internal and external) for technical matters relating to derivative reporting. 
  • Oversee daily processes to ensure complete, accurate and timely reporting. 
  • Communicate with product managers on product roadmap, prioritization of requirements and sprint release/plans. 
  • Co-ordinate with business stakeholders to acquire user feedback and refine requirements. 
  • Lead and develop a team to drive strong business, regulatory, and data knowledge.  

You should apply if you have:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the Financial Industry such as audit, compliance, regulatory operations, project management, risk management, or implementation of strategic operational plans 
  • At least 3 years of experience overseeing the daily exception management of OTC derivative reporting covering the major derivative regulatory reporting jurisdictions (e.g. CFTC, Canada, ASIC, EMIR) 
  • Recent experience implementing major derivative reporting changes such as EMIR Refit, ASIC Rewrite including interpreting regulatory impact, defining requirements and performing User Acceptance Testing 
  • In depth knowledge of Global Derivative reporting requirements and best practices 
  • Ideally experience of leading a team in a regulatory reporting setting 
  • The role requires adaptability to operate in a fast-changing environment, where there are many systems and regulatory challenges. 
  • The role requires an individual who understands how a global, highly regulated company works and understanding of FX OTC Derivative products. 
  • Working experience utilizing and navigating reporting and reconciliation platforms such as DTCC  
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or relevant field 
  • Ability to produce clear, concise documents from multiple stakeholder groups. 
  • ‘Hands-on, can do’ attitude.
