We are looking for a Regulatory Reporting Analyst to join a newly established team dedicated to managing Convera's regulatory reporting obligations.
As a member of Convera's Regulatory Reporting Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements for payments and derivatives. Your work will focus on exception management, delivering accurate and timely submissions to regulators, and contributing to transformative projects as Convera evolves its processes.
You will be responsible for:
- Oversee daily exception management processes for payments and derivatives reporting, while continuously enhancing controls.
- Perform regular checks on reporting outputs in alignment with Convera’s Regulatory Governance Framework, identifying areas for improvement.
- Support initiatives to improve efficiency and leverage technology for process optimization.
- Escalate issues following Convera’s established procedures.
- Develop and maintain governance documentation.
- Collaborate with functional stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand regulatory and business needs.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to grow into an established Regulatory Reporting Analyst role.

- Familiarity with cross-border payments and OTC derivatives (beneficial but not essential; training provided).
- An understanding of global derivatives reporting requirements (e.g., ASIC, Canada, CFTC, EMIR) is a plus.
