Are you passionate about quality assurance and process improvement? As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our Operations teams meet high standards of performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction. In this dynamic role, you’ll lead quality evaluations, identify process enhancements, and implement innovative Quality Assurance initiatives to drive organizational excellence.

You will be responsible for: 

• Ensure adherence to quality standards through QA evaluations and audits, recommending process enhancements and setting quality benchmarks.
• Foster team development by providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Design and implement innovative Quality Review processes, promoting continuous improvement and value-driven changes.
• Collaborate with Operations leaders to align cross-functional initiatives, prioritize opportunities, and develop scalable solutions with technical teams.
• Develop and implement Key Risk Indicator strategies, conduct risk assessments, and establish reliable reporting systems for actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards by staying updated on trends and conducting regular audits and reviews.
• Support change management activities, including project planning, roadmap completion, and implementation of new Key Risk Indicators.
• Analyze and interpret complex data to assess the impact of change initiatives on business performance.

You should apply if you have:

• High School Diploma / University Degree or equivalent level of qualification 
• 2+ experience in cross-functional analytical review processes, Quality Assurance or Specialist role designated to monitoring and inspection of methods used in production processes, documenting procedures, conducting audits/testing/risk assessment support, and creating and implementing, process checklists, process standards and standard operating procedures is preferred
• Experience participating in projects, especially in a role that involves coordinating between teams and stakeholders
• Financial services, Operations or compliance functional experience is preferred but not essential
