As a Customer Administration Associate at Convera based in our Vilnius office, you will build client accounts on our bespoke systems to allow Go To Market (front office) teams get the transactions and revenue required to help meet our targets. You will also be responsible for maintaining all existing client records and making changes to keep things as up to date as possible.
You will be responsible for:
• Configuring customer accounts on our back-end systems to create bespoke trading products
• Amending existing customer accounts to customize trading products and keep records up-to-date
• Communicating with internal stakeholders and customers effectively
• Identifying obstacles and proposing solutions to overcome them
• Supporting your colleagues and management with training new staff, audit requests, projects, documentation, and additional ad-hoc tasks
You should apply if you have:
• 1-3 years of experience in Operations in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding problem-solving and communication skills, as well as high attention to details and analytical mindset
• Initiative and commitment to overcome obstacles and meet the end goal, targets
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• The ability to work successfully in a self-motivated team environment
• Client centric mindset
• Prior experience in KYC field or customer service is not required, but it will be a valuable asset and help you stand out as a candidate
