As a Senior Compliance Analyst at Convera, you will help to promote a strong Compliance culture across the organization and support the maintenance of the global KYC framework. This role will report into the Global Head of KYC Advisory and is based in Lithuania.

You will be Responsible for:

• Provide advisory guidance to the Operations and GTM teams as required.
• Track and implement regulatory change for global KYC requirements.
• Support internal and external KYC audits and regulatory inspections.
• Support the maintenance of all KYC policies, procedures and operational documentation.
• Create and maintain KYC training and guidance materials for the Operations and GTM teams.
• Support the maintenance of the KYC framework to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support all projects from a KYC advisory perspective as required.

You should apply if you have:

• Minimum 2 years or equivalent work experience in Financial Crime Compliance.
• Global knowledge and expertise of Financial Crime Compliance regulatory expectations and best practices for KYC requirements.
• An advanced ability to digest country level KYC legislation and align to global standards where appropriate.
• An ability to collaborate with senior Compliance stakeholders and MLROs.
• An ability to work independently with no supervision if required.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
