We launched in 2016 as a marketplace for fonts with a subscription service. In the last 8 years we have been through tremendous growth, and we're just getting started!
We have scaled to 40 million+ monthly page views, over 20 million listed products and 20000+ active designers.
Our focus is to create a platform for designers that enables them to offer exceptional high-quality content. We make their products searchable in unique ways. This allows our customers to speed up their workflow, allowing them to focus on what they love most: Creating.

Creative Fabrica is at the forefront of digital creativity, providing tools and resources that empower millions worldwide. Our latest innovation, Studio, is designed to redefine the landscape of design tools. Launched in late 2023, Studio offers an intuitive platform for creators of all levels to bring their visions to life.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, Thomas, this pivotal role offers an unmatched opportunity to shape and accelerate the growth of Studio. As a Growth Manager for Studio Operations, you will be at the helm of an entrepreneurial venture within Creative Fabrica. This role is not just about managing; it's about envisioning, building, and scaling. It's your chance to lead from the front, driving Studio to new heights through strategic foresight, operational excellence, and a relentless pursuit of innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a dynamic team of Operations Managers and remote Freelance Graphic Designers. Your leadership will forge a high-performing team culture focused on excellence and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Vision: Utilize data analysis to craft and implement growth strategies for Studio.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and refine scalable processes that enhance collaboration across departments, including Hiring, Design, Quality Control, and Content Uploading. Your goal is to streamline operations while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Data-Driven Insights: Harness the power of data to understand what makes content successful on Studio. Implement a continuous improvement process that includes regular feedback loops, allowing for rapid iteration and enhancements.
- Performance Management: Drive your team's success through the meticulous tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs). Your ability to steer team performance toward meeting and exceeding these benchmarks will be critical.
- Ownership: Manage the budget for your department, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to drive growth.
Your Profile:
- 6-8 years of demonstrated experience in developing and expanding operations in a dynamic, innovative setting, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- You possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset, with an appetite for taking ownership.
- You are analytical and capable of translating data into actionable growth strategies.
- You have experience in hiring, onboarding, and managing high-performing teams.
- You like to be involved, understand, challenge, and iterate. In short, getting the team better.
- You are detail-oriented: you will spot what matters to our users and will become focused on it.
You have:
- A love for good data, but prioritize the business results it can achieve.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt to your audience, whether influencing senior executives or collaborating with data engineers.
- Readiness to pivot strategies in response to new insights and changing market dynamics.
