About the platform

We launched in 2016 as a marketplace for fonts with a subscription service. In the last 8 years, we have been through tremendous growth, and we're just getting started!

We have scaled to 50 million+ monthly page views, 8 million+ registrations, over 22 million listed products, and 22000+ active designers.

Our focus is to create a platform for designers that enables them to offer exceptional high-quality content. We make their products searchable in unique ways. This allows our customers to speed up their workflow, allowing them to focus on what they love most: Creating.

As a Head of Platform in Product Management, you will drive the platform experience for our users, including core domain services such as account, authentication, authorization, payments, and entitlements. You will ensure platform stability, security, and compliance to meet the high standards of our B2B and enterprise clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for internal tools, ensuring the platform remains easy for internal teams to operate.

The team: 

The Platform teams are focused on the Creative Fabrica infrastructure and foundational software components. That includes SRE and dev experience and core domain services (foundational entities like identity management, authentication, authorization, sessions management, etc). This is the foundation used by multiple feature teams at CF to build the end-user facing functionality and accelerate value delivery.

As a Head of Platform you will:

  • Design and optimize the user experience in global platform functionality for user profile and account management
  • Drive security and compliance of the platform with the relevant regulatory and enterprise requirements.
  • Provide foundation for personalization, user context and sessions for all our apps.
  • Making sure the platform is robust, stable and performant.
  • Build and refine the Admin Dashboard to improve user management, streamline operations, and support overall business objectives.
  • Closely monitor and analyze search metrics and conversion rates, diagnosing issues and implementing solutions that support growth and user retention.
  • Foster strong collaboration with marketing, engineering, and other product teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution across all areas of responsibility.
  • Make high-impact decisions that support the global product strategy, contributing to the core product roadmap..

What you will need to have?:

  • 5+ years of product leadership experience with a proven track record of driving large-scale enterprise-level software platforms, such as global marketplaces, gaming, fintech or SaaS software solutions.
  • Proven track record of delivering business outcomes demonstrated success in building and shipping great product experiences
  • Understanding of user experience and design, strong customer empathy
  • Understanding of technology and being able to drive technical aspects of the platform, such as APIs, modularity, uptime, and performance. Unlocking engineering velocity in feature development by providing an easily accessible infrastructure with shared horizontal functionality.
  • Hands-on mindset and ability to run your data analysis and ability to make decisions based on data and user insights.
