About the platform
We launched in 2016 as a marketplace for fonts with a subscription service. In the last 8 years, we have been through tremendous growth, and we're just getting started!
We have scaled to 50 million+ monthly page views, 8 million+ registrations, over 22 million listed products, and 22000+ active designers.
Our focus is to create a platform for designers that enables them to offer exceptional high-quality content. We make their products searchable in unique ways. This allows our customers to speed up their workflow, allowing them to focus on what they love most: Creating.
As a Head of Apps in Product Management, you will own our flagship design tool Studio, as well as underling apps such as Vectorizer, Flow and Transfer. You will build out and focus on adoption of these tools.
The team:
The App teams are focused on the Creative Fabrica user products and experiences. Our current primary project is on developing Studio, an easy to use, browser-based all-in-one design platform for crafters, designers, educators, print-on-demand, and business owners.
Studio is integrated into the Creative Fabrica platform and offers a vast collection of pre-made design templates. These templates enable users to create a wide range of designs, including fonts, ads, book covers, cards, coupons, social media designs, invitation cards, postcards, noposters, tickets, and much more.
It is also equipped with all the necessary intelligent tools designed to simplify the creative process, such as Background Remover, SVG File Converter, PNG Resizer, PNG to SVG converter, and many others.
It leverages all Creative Fabrica AI capabilities to provide AI-based asset generation, inpainting and image enhancements.
As a Head of Apps (Studio) you will:
- Lead the development and enhancement of the Studio, ensuring it delivers a seamless, innovative, and user-friendly experience that drives user engagement and subscription retention.
- Oversee the growth and optimization of Apps, focusing on acquiring new users and expanding the reach of our product offerings across platforms.
- Drive the integration and evolution of AI Content, leveraging advanced technologies to enhance user creativity, streamline workflows, and increase product value.
- Analyze user behavior and engagement metrics within the Studio to identify opportunities for improving unique user counts, content creation rates, and overall user satisfaction.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics, including Creations per User, Conversion to Trial or Yearly subscriptions, and Retention rates, to drive sustainable growth.
- Develop and test hypotheses around AI content usage and app performance, designing experiments to validate assumptions and inform product enhancements.
- Closely track and analyze app acquisition metrics, implementing strategies to attract new users and increase app adoption.
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, AI specialists, and other product teams to align on strategies and execute initiatives that enhance the Studio, Apps, and AI Content offerings.
- Make high-impact decisions that contribute to the global product strategy, shaping the core product roadmap with a focus on studio innovation, app growth, and AI-driven content creation.
What you will need to have?:
- 5+ years of product leadership experience with a proven track record of driving large-scale online browser based tools, with a preference for consumer focused graphical SaaS products (such as Canva, Adobe Express, Figma).
- Proven track record of delivering business outcomes demonstrated success in building and shipping great product experiences
- Experience with experimentation platforms and A/B testing at scale
- Understanding of user experience and design, strong customer empathy
- Hands-on mindset and ability to run your data analysis and ability to make decisions based on data and user insights
