We launched in 2016 as a marketplace for fonts with a subscription service. In the last 8 years, we have been through tremendous growth, and we're just getting started!

We have scaled to 50 million+ monthly page views, 8 million+ registrations, over 22 million listed products, and 22000+ active designers.

Our focus is to create a platform for designers that enables them to offer exceptional high-quality content. We make their products searchable in unique ways. This allows our customers to speed up their workflow, allowing them to focus on what they love most: Creating.

Here is what you will be doing:

In this role, you will lead a high-performing team of Marketplace and Content coordinators, as well as remote teams of freelance curators and graphic designers. Your focus will be on creating smooth workflows, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving exceptional outcomes for our community and subscribers. You will play a key role in optimizing processes, fostering a collaborative culture, and delivering data-driven results.

Main responsibilities & tasks: 

  • Team Leadership
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Marketplace and Content coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of remote freelance curators and graphic designers, ensuring alignment with operational and strategic KPIs.

Operational Excellence

  • Develop, implement, and refine scalable processes, including those for content curation and quality assurance, to maximize efficiency and maintain exceptional standards.
  • Identify and address bottlenecks or inefficiencies in workflows, driving continuous improvement across the team.

Data-Driven Insights

  • Analyze performance metrics and content data to identify key success factors and actionable opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement feedback-driven strategies to enhance team and content performance.

Performance Management

  • Define and monitor clear key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, measure success, and exceed project targets.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members, ensuring their development aligns with business goals.

You need these qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience leading a team in an operational or support function, with proven ability to build and manage teams, including conducting interviews and onboarding.
  • Inspirational leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams to achieve their best.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to ownership and improvement, including identifying, understanding, challenging, and iterating on processes to enhance team performance.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable growth strategies.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently to achieve goals and optimize outcomes.

And these soft skills:

  • Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.
  • Innovation mindset: Encourages and implements new ideas to improve processes, content offerings, and overall platform experience.
  • Commitment to high-quality standards: Guides and supports team members in meeting and maintaining exceptional levels of quality in their work.
