About the platform
We launched in 2016 as a marketplace for fonts with a subscription service. In the last 8 years, we have been through tremendous growth, and we're just getting started!
We have scaled to 50 million+ monthly page views, 8 million+ registrations, over 22 million listed products, and 22000+ active designers.
Our focus is to create a platform for designers that enables them to offer exceptional high-quality content. We make their products searchable in unique ways. This allows our customers to speed up their workflow, allowing them to focus on what they love most: Creating.
About the role:
Within the Studio team, we take care of next-gen tooling for creatives. We iterate and experiment fast, build on a modern stack, and work in a cross-functional team. Studio is integrated into the Creative Fabrica platform and offers a vast collection of pre-made design templates. These templates enable users to create a wide range of designs, including fonts, ads, book covers, cards, coupons, social media designs, invitation cards, postcards, posters, tickets, and much more - take a look at the Studio here!
It is also equipped with all the necessary intelligent tools designed to simplify the creative process, such as Background Remover, SVG File Converter, PNG Resizer, PNG to SVG converter, and many others.
It leverages all Creative Fabrica AI capabilities to provide AI-based asset generation, inpainting and image enhancements. In this role, you'll champion the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) across our Studio suite.
What you will do:
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery research to effective problem framing, ideation, co-creation, prototyping, and user testing, into high-fidelity designs that will achieve a high impact on our business goals
- Measure the success of your solutions with the team and iterate on them
- Be actively involved in all product development phases, from discovery through delivery and beyond, with a hands-on approach.
- Maintain a comprehensive view of UX, considering the customer’s journey and interactions with the product over time
- Aim for a balance between technological innovation and user-friendliness, keeping our ultimate goal in mind: serving our users effectively
What you will need:
- A strong understanding of business and product metrics
- Experience in creating modern web-based tooling. Preferably advanced products for a consumer audience.
- Experience in evidence-driven product development
Nice to have:
- Strong customer empathy and a genuine desire to build a great product
- Ability to articulate design decisions through clear, empathic communication
