In order to do that, we need to source, scale, and train our teams to get to the next level. We’re hiring an experienced Talent Lead to join our team as a driving force to get our necessary hires from all over the world. 

🙌  Your role & responsibilities.

  • Coach and train higher level management in new strategies for hiring, sourcing and recruitment techniques 
  • Coach and mentor other Talent Specialists, own the talent strategy for the company and implement effective methods to maintain high talent quality 
  • Implement new and effective tools to enable strong talent management, including but not limited to testing platforms, sourcing methods 
  • Drive recruitment for Senior level roles and above; especially within Tech & Product 
  • Maintain and track monthly and quarterly team KPIs and objectives 
  • Coordinating Talent events and engaging in different key areas to get Curb the best talent 
  • Lead a concerted effort for diversity and inclusion when it comes to all things hiring

🤩 What about you? 

  • You have 3-5 years of experience within leading recruitment 
  • You have proven track record in hiring for both corporate and tech & product roles 
  • You are a sourcing wizard, there is no place nor country where people with our recruitment profile; that will not be found 
  • You have strong stakeholder management, negotiation skills and you love giving feedback to anyone in the company 
  • You are a natural leader and have a genuine passion for people, their growth and development 
  • You have experience hiring locally in the Nordics and from abroad, especially working with visas or remote talent solutions 
  • You love working with data metrics both micro and macro; especially when implement strategies for sourcing and maintaining healthy pipelines
  • You maintain a high level of organisation and structure. If it is not in place you know where to get started and know how to implement it for you and the organization as whole
