🙌 Responsibilities.
- Lead an area of kitchens within a given region
- Travel to different locations
- Lead team meetings, trainings and presentations to develop and grow the team
- Ensure your kitchens are meeting the standards for food safety and operational targets
- Oversee kitchen sales and optimize where needed in kitchen operations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to launch new locations
- Maintain a supportive and growing environment that encourages and motivates members of your kitchens

- You are a fast learner and energetic person
- You love working in and being apart of a team, whereby you stand out as a natural leader
- You have a proven track record working in operations and have managed locations in the Food & Beverage or Restaurants or Hospitality industry
- You have a driver's license
- You are fluent in German and English
*This will require you to go to the kitchens and be on-site for the work week. It could be that you will need to be at the kitchens during the weekend, and/or mornings, and/or evenings.
