 🙌 Responsibilities.

  • Lead an area of kitchens within a given region
  • Travel to different locations 
  • Lead team meetings, trainings and presentations to develop and grow the team 
  • Ensure your kitchens are meeting the standards for food safety and operational targets 
  • Oversee kitchen sales and optimize where needed in kitchen operations 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to launch new locations
  • Maintain a supportive and growing environment that encourages and motivates members of your kitchens

  • You are a fast learner and energetic person 
  • You love working in and being apart of a team, whereby you stand out as a natural leader 
  • You have a proven track record working in operations and have managed locations in the Food & Beverage or Restaurants or Hospitality industry 
  • You have a driver's license
  • You are fluent in German and English 

*This will require you to go to the kitchens and be on-site for the work week. It could be that you will need to be at the kitchens during the weekend, and/or mornings, and/or evenings.
