Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing of Portfolio Sales and Commercial Events:
  • Driving aligned marketing strategies to deliver revenue opportunities across the Curve portfolio.
  • Working with the Release team to deliver supporting activity for platform and portfolio events i.e. Free Weekends, Curve Digital Sales, Curve Publisher Events
  • Internal owner manager of the player sentiment and insights tools

      2. Digital Store Platform Marketing:

  • Develop strategies to drive discoverability on Store platforms with a focus on Steam as a primary platform but also work with first party partners to ensure best in class visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that game metadata, visuals, and descriptions are optimized for maximum visibility.
  • Own the process and platform support of Playtests and demos.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and stay updated on industry trends to ensure the effectiveness of SEO campaigns. Collaborate with Curve Games Influencer Manager to work with creators and developers to implement SEO best practices in game-related assets.

      3. CRM Management:

  • Review, devise and implement a strategy to track and automate CRM processes including Discord, Zendesk, Steam and Web.
  • Maintain a UTM system to track traffic through our various channels. Oversee the development and execution of targeted CRM campaigns to engage and retain players.
  • Manage customer data securely and efficiently.
  • Player Support - Work with the development and community teams as a Player Support stakeholder ensuring efficient solutions which can work to bolster customer relationships.

What we want from you:

  • A motivated self-starter with previous experience and current understanding of the digital games retail space is essential.
  • At least 3 years of marketing experience with a commercial focus, working either in a games retailer or publisher environment, ideally with CRM experience.
  • Demonstrable experience of current marketing standards and practices.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent project management and planning skills.
  • Current and on-going knowledge of competitor products and campaigns.
  • Experience or working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Mailchimp.
  • Competent in project management systems (e.g Jira, Confluence, Monday.com).
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills.
  • Strong writing and reporting skills.
  • Willingness to travel when necessary.
