As the Regional Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our global demand generation team and will report into the Senior Director, Global Demand Generation. You will own the regional marketing plan that includes direct and channel partner activities, integrated campaigns, ABM programs, digital programs, in-person and virtual events and webinars across the APJ region. The role will collaborate closely across the Marketing & Sales organization to create a marketing plan that delivers maximum impact through tailored activities - to generate new business and pipeline, drive cross sell/upsell opportunities, accelerate pipeline, and increase brand awareness.
WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:
- Native or professional English ability
- Minimum 2-3 years of related marketing experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in software companies, preferably Security and or SaaS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar MAP or CRM platforms.
- Experience with 6Sense a plus
- Excellent communication skills – proactive and concise.
- Comfortable working with global teams across various time zones.
- Deep understanding of digital touchpoints such as online advertising, interactive webinars/virtual events, content marketing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Ability to travel 30-35% of the time throughout APJ.
- Languages: English fluent, Mandarin ideal.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
1. Development and execution of the regional marketing plan and budget.
- Identify integrated marketing program mix to maximize our investment in both direct marketing and channel partner programs.
- Works closely with key channel partners to develop joint programs, allocating market development funds and tracking results.
- Establish communication and cadence to keep partners abreast of new solutions, campaigns, and other business-building opportunities
2. Drive ABM GTM strategy adoption and execution in region with the support of Global ABM Manager
- Identify/track target accounts for APJ region.
- Create and execute 1: Few campaigns, 1:1 campaigns.
3. Data Driven Analysis and Insights
- Understand the dynamics impacting your region and business segments.
- Conduct regular analysis of marketing performance and KPIs.
- Compile performance reports for management.
- Recommend actions that help meet/exceed our marketing KPIs.
- Understand our contribution to overall revenue targets.
- Gap analysis and plans when needed.
4. Serve as the main point of contact for sales teams.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with sales leadership.
- Participate in sales team calls, provide marketing updates when needed.
- Lead Sales and Marketing interlock calls
- Serves as the “face of marketing” to the region sales team. Communicates planned programs, continually gathers feedback on sales needs and opportunities to share with global marketing teams.
