As the Regional Field Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our global demand generation team and will report into the Senior Regional Marketing Manager. You will support and help execute the regional marketing plan that includes direct and channel partner activities, integrated campaigns, ABM programs, digital programs, in-person and virtual events and webinars across the EMEA region. The role will collaborate closely across the Marketing & Sales organization to create a marketing plan that delivers maximum impact through tailored activities - to generate new business and pipeline, drive cross sell/upsell opportunities, accelerate pipeline, and increase brand awareness.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Events

· Event promotion (in-person and virtual): building lists, emails and landing pages in HubSpot, managing creative production of promotional materials

· Event Execution (in-person and virtual): Onsite marketing support for field events

· Webinar Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging content and promotional materials for webinars

· Webinar Administration: Coordinate all aspects of webinar preparation, including logistics, hosting, and post-event follow-up

Campaigns

· Integrated and ABM campaigns: support campaign orchestration, creative development and execution using 6sense, HubSpot and other relevant marketing channels

Localized Content

· Support in the creation and publishing of localized content

Operations

· Marketing lead processing: qualification, upload and tracking on Salesforce.com of all leads across events, digital campaigns, and other marketing initiatives

· List build, targeting & segmentation: enrich and cleanse imported lists, database, and audit and segment for successful campaign execution

· Reporting & communication: contributing to activity launch announcements, post-activity recaps and campaign result reports

 

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:

· Fluency in German and English

· Minimum 2 years of related marketing experience

· Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in software companies, preferably Security and or SaaS

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field

· Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar MAP or CRM platforms

· Comfortablility working with global teams across various time zones

· Strong understanding of digital touchpoints such as online advertising, interactive webinars/virtual events, content marketing.

· Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

· Ability to travel 30-35% of the time throughout EMEA
