As the Technical Content Developer, you will specialise in building functional demo environments for multiple departments – including GTM, Training, Marketing and Education.
Demos allow the business to show off our product suite to prospective customers, screen new UI capabilities for testing, and training our global sales teams on how to best sell Darktrace.
You will be working closely with the Technical Content Lead, within the wider Product team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for storyboarding, messaging and understanding our products.
Building demos will require some understanding of code, particularly Javascript. We’re happy to support on-the-job learning for individuals keen to learn new skills.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectations of 2 days a week in the Cambridge office.
Responsibilities:
- Become a part of the company’s product demos team – learning how to maintain and build our suite of product demos,
- Structure and strengthen R&D’s presence on the company’s internal learning platform Darktrace Academy,
- Organise and facilitate content creation for multiple areas of the business, both internal & external.
Candidate requirements:
The ideal candidate should be highly organized and possess a willingness to learn new skills and question existing processes. They should have an interest in Adobe Cloud, animation, and filming, along with experience in storyboarding, script writing, and recording.
Additionally candidates should demonstrate:
- Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities, both written and verbal,
- The ability to work well with others and collaborate effectively,
- Being flexible and open to change,
- The ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas.
