What You Will Do to Drive Impact

  • Strategic marketing planning: own and manage the APJ regional GTM strategy and execution plan, aligned to the global plan, to drive quarterly results across segments.
  • Drive a thought leadership strategy to improve brand and awareness in region.
  • Partner with Corporate Affairs team to align public relations and media content and stories in region.
  • Drive the in-country brand strategy and experience across key audiences.
  • Develop and deliver localized content strategy and deliverables aligned to core marketing priorities and execution.
  • Accelerate customer engagement with new logos and existing customer base to drive meetings and marketing sourced pipeline.
  • Align and execute regional channel and strategic alliance marketing initiatives aligned to worldwide strategy.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with GTM leaders and stakeholders to share insights, set market priorities, and communicate quarterly plans and performance.
  • Manage operational systems, processes, and budget to ensure program and data accuracy.
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance KPIs and metrics on all execution in country.
  • Build, manage and coach a strong team in each region.

What Skills and Experiences You Need

  • 6-8 years combined marketing experience preferably in demand generation and/or field and partner marketing in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of APJ and tangible regional marketing experience working with field sales, channel and alliances, and cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills that include written, verbal, virtual team collaboration.
  • Expertise in project, program, and event management, with strong demonstrable operational and organization skills and mastery of planning & execution frameworks
  • Ability to drive operational excellence and fiscal responsibility.
  • Performance expertise measuring key KPIs, metrics, and insights to accelerate business outcomes.
  • Must speak English. Additional languages a plus.
  • Strong people/teaming performance use cases and references.

Willing to travel up to 30%.
