What will I be doing:

As a Hardware Technician, you will support the business by assisting our wider logistic team in the deployment of our physical server platform to our growing customer base. This key role requires, and presents an opportunity to develop, an understanding of enterprise grade server equipment and Linux server back-end scripting.

You will be hands-on with installing, configuring, and conducting quality tests on the Darktrace Cyber Intelligence Platform (DCIP). Additionally, you will be repairing damaged servers, assisting development and QA teams, and diagnosing customer hardware issues.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Auditing of internal systems to accurately reflect stock availability and status,
  • Assisting in developing long-term strategies and capacity planning for meeting future computer hardware needs.

Please note this is an office-based position, offering a dynamic work environment with a focus on innovation and collaboration. You will be required to be in office 5 days a week.

What experience do I need:

Key requirements include knowledge of server components, and understanding of networking protocols, quality assurance processes, and Linux systems. Other experience include:

  • Possess excellent communication and organizational skills,
  • An awareness of warehouse procedures and tools.
