We are seeking a Senior Manager of Global Partner Programs to lead the design, development, implementation, and ongoing management of the Darktrace partner program. This is a high-impact opportunity to join a growing org and work across the organization; the successful candidate will collaborate and interface with key internal leaders across Partner Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal and others.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Own the design and development of a global partner program framework to support Darktrace’s diverse partner ecosystem.
- Own the creation of specializations and partner delivered, service programs.
- Develop program vehicles that will accelerate net-new business growth, through a combination of investments and rewards.
- Architect and implement seller activation initiatives to support partner seller capacity targets.
- Understand the complexities and different needs of channel GTM between different countries and tailor programs to meet those needs.
- Develop financial business case models to justify proposed programs, investments and incentives.
- Develop program core messaging and partner business proposition.
- Create program materials including guides, slides, and infographics.
- Create policy and process to ensure partner business is exceeding legal and finance compliance requirements.
- Define rules of engagement and deal registration terms and conditions to foster a consistent, predictable, and profitable partner experience.
- Measure the effectiveness of our partner investments and programs, identify areas to improve, enhance and optimize.
- Partner with sales leaders to enable Darktrace field sales to leverage partners to scale their business.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience in the design, implementation, and management of global partner programs.
- Experience in developing programs for different partner business models aligned with a global program framework.
- Understanding of the impact programs have on a partner’s P&L and understanding of how partners make investment decisions.
- Experience in leveraging Salesforce to manage partners and program components.
- Understanding of an end-to-end software product lifecycle and software subscriptions.
- Ability to build lasting relationships with stakeholders across all organizational levels through open, honest, two-way, and frequent communication.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to handle multiple competing priorities.
