Key Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Installing and Configuring the Darktrace Cyber Intelligence Platform (DCIP)
  • Conducting quality tests of the Darktrace Cyber Intelligence Platform (DCIP)
  • Repairing damaged and faulty DCIP Servers.
  • Assisting development and QA teams to ensure software and hardware quality
  • Helping members of our Hardware Support team to diagnose customer hardware issues
  • Administration and audit of internal systems to accurately reflect stock availability and status

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Data Centre server components and concepts
  • Support & Troubleshooting Skills
  • Networking Knowledge
  • Awareness of Quality Assurance Processes
  • A basic understanding of Linux operating systems
  • An awareness of occupational health & safety issues
  • Physical capability of moving server equipment. Awareness of warehouse procedures and tools.
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Office based role (5 days a week)
