We are on the look for a well-seasoned Project Manager to join our newly formed Delivery Excellence Team and contribute to the buildout and scaling of a professional services operations function.
You would primarily own and coordinate big data, cloud engineering, and machine learning projects for our EMEA customers, whilst you would also be involved in internal process and content development. Besides direct DATAPAO customers, you'll drive projects within the Databricks partnership setup (our most important partnership) and drive one of our top revenue lines under this umbrella. You'll get flexible working hours and unlimited PTO arrangements, and an office in downtown Budapest. What (exactly) will you do?
You’ll be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experience and satisfaction by managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience, from sales closing and project planning to project closing and receipt of the customer satisfaction survey. We would need you to oversee and manage the planning, execution, and completion of various customer and internal projects within our organization.
  • Managing a complex project portfolio, ensuring adherence to project objectives, deadlines, and budgets; compliance with project management standards, methodologies, and best practices
  • As the primary client contact, leading by example and champion a customer-centric culture within DATAPAO and promote a customer-first mindset among engineers and peers
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently, escalating complex cases as needed in a timely manner
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs, areas for improvement, and pain points to ensure a positive experience
  • Accurately coordinate & document & administer customer interactions, feedback, the definition of project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource allocation in collaboration with stakeholders

  • Initiate and actively participate in team, cross-functional, and customer experience development projects associated with DATAPAO's mission, vision, and current business priorities
What does it take to fit the bill?
  • Experience and understanding of project management and CRM principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g. any of the following: Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Productive, SFDC, Google Spreadsheets, and Slides/Presentations etc). 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills: assertiveness, active listening, empathy, diplomacy, and ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels. 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and commitment to deliver high-quality service.

  • Execution-focused, able to prioritize tasks, multitask, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively under pressure. 

  • Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities with a focus on finding solutions to exceed stakeholders' expectations 

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing, fast-paced, dynamic environments, requirements, and priorities. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, positive attitude, enthusiasm

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction.

  • Fluency in English is a must as the vast majority of the work we do is delivered to Western European customers, so polished spoken and written English will be essential.

    For this role, our gross salary ranges from 1,000,000 to 1,500,000 HUF/month depending on your assessed seniority level during the selection process.
