Main Duties:
- Managing the administration of suppliers, contracts, POs, in SAP
- Managing procurement documentation and records, including keeping key documents up to date such as Approved Supplier lists, Non-Disclosure Agreements lists
- Setting up and managing Non-Disclosure Agreements by using approved templates
- Running and updating reports on procurement activities for senior management review
- Carrying out the purchase of specified items
- Market research, including getting and comparing prices from several suppliers
- Other support to the Procurement Team
Personal Specification:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software, in particular SAP
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Highly delivery focused with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
- Able to work in cross functional teams and with stakeholders in a fast-paced operational environment
- Foundational knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement
