Delasport is an iGaming Software company providing Sports Betting & Online Casino software, and turnkey B2B solutions. Established in 2010, Delasport delivers a one-stop-shop solution of Sports Betting and Online Casino from a White-Label, with a full range of management services to a Plug&Play iFrame and a complete Turnkey. We are establishing an R&D centre in Kyiv, and are looking for top talents to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze product requirements
- Work with the solution architect/VP of R&D to design technical solutions, contribute to the low-level design, create, update, and maintain definitions in accordance with architecture design and code standards
- Lead the team: scope planning, performing code review, mentoring team members, and generally making sure things are getting done
- Provide appropriate testing and deployment practice together with other Leads
- Create and update documentation
- Taking part in team extension (interviewing, providing feedback, participating in interview post-briefs)
REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ years of commercial development experience using Java-related technologies
- 2+ years of technical management experience
- Has experience participating in/leading a couple of products at the same time
- Strong Java Core knowledge
- Hands-on experience with microservice/monolith/serverless architectures
- Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL solutions
- Experience with distributed messaging/streaming platforms (Kafka)
- Deep understanding of tests paradigms (Unit, Integration, E2E)
- Deep understanding of CI/CD practices
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with Cloud Solutions (GCP is preferable)
- Ability to understand overall system functionality
- At least Upper-Intermediate English level
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
