How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Collaborate on Vision and Requirements: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify both functional and nonfunctional requirements for new software or applications. You’ll be at the forefront, aligning goals and guiding the vision of our products.
- Craft Functional Designs: Use a variety of tools and methodologies to bring product ideas to life, creating clear, intuitive representations for functionality and user interfaces that set the standard for design.
- Design High-Level Specifications: Develop precise, high-level product specifications with an eye for system integration and feasibility, ensuring every element works seamlessly together.
- Define Development Standards: Establish development processes, from technology selection and workflow optimization to coding standards, fostering a consistent and efficient development environment.
- Lead Clear Communication: Articulate concepts and guidelines effectively, ensuring that all members of the development team are aligned on the project’s goals and technical expectations.
- Oversee and Guide Development: Monitor the development team’s progress, ensuring each project remains true to the original design and guiding adjustments as needed to maintain alignment with objectives.
- Mentor and Support the Team: Provide hands-on technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers, helping them grow their skills and maintain high standards in their work.
- Champion Quality and Security: Ensure the software meets rigorous standards of quality, security, modifiability, and extensibility, creating products that stand the test of time.
- Approve the Final Product: Conduct final evaluations and approve products before launch, confirming they meet every requirement and are ready to exceed user expectations.
Who You Are:
- Proven Software Architect: You bring extensive experience as a software architect, with a strong background in development across languages like Node.js, PHP, and Java.
- Architectural Knowledge: You have a solid understanding of software and application design, live data processing, scaling enterprise systems, and technologies like Google Cloud, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Quality-Focused: Deeply familiar with software quality assurance principles, you ensure high standards are met across every phase of development.
- Detail-Oriented Thinker: Known for your technical mindset and attention to detail, you bring clarity and precision to complex projects.
- Strong Organizer and Leader: You’re highly organized, with leadership skills that inspire and guide teams toward successful project delivery.
- Effective Communicator: You excel in communication and presentation, easily translating complex ideas for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in English: Your fluency in English enables seamless collaboration across global teams.
