Your Team:

How You’ll Make an Impact:
Lead Onboarding Programs:
- Design, implement, and continuously improve onboarding processes to ensure effective integration of new hires into the company culture and operational workflows.
Training Program Development:
- Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to assess training needs and develop customized training programs that meet the specific requirements of different teams.
- Ensure that training materials are current, relevant, and engaging to maximize learning outcomes.
Research and Integrate External Training Resources:
- Identify and evaluate external training programs and resources that can be incorporated into the company’s learning initiatives to enhance the breadth and depth of training content.
- Negotiate partnerships with external training providers to secure cost-effective and high-quality training solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Regularly engage with stakeholders across the company to gather feedback and adjust training programs accordingly to meet evolving business needs.
- Report on training program outcomes and effectiveness to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for further improvements.
Monitor and Analyze Training Effectiveness:
- Use data analytics to assess the effectiveness of training programs, making use of feedback, performance metrics, and other relevant KPIs.
- Adjust training strategies based on analytical insights to optimize learning experiences and outcomes.
Mentor and Support L&D Team Members:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior L&D staff to help them develop their instructional design and training management skills.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning within the team.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in corporate training and adult learning to ensure the company remains competitive in its training offerings.
- Introduce innovative training methods and technologies to enhance the learning experience and improve training delivery.
Who You Are:
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate training or L&D role, with demonstrated success in designing and implementing training programs.
- Proven experience in leading onboarding processes and developing cross-departmental training initiatives.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with instructional design software (such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar).
Interpersonal and Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to all levels of the organization.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, capable of engaging and educating a diverse audience.
Analytical and Evaluation Skills:
- Ability to analyze training needs and transform them into a structured training program.
- Skilled in using data and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make informed decisions.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Experience in mentoring and leading teams, with a capability to foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive projects to completion.
Project Management:
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Adaptability and Innovative Thinking:
- Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic work environment, with a strong capacity for managing change.
