Role Overview:
As the Head of Human Resources at Delasport, you will lead and oversee all HR functions, ensuring they align with our organizational goals. You will manage a team of HR People Partners, develop and implement HR policies, handle employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in promoting a positive company culture and fostering an efficient, collaborative work environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- HR Strategy Development: Shape and execute HR strategies, that address business needs and are embraced by the leadership.
- Employee Engagement: Focus on improving employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention, while promoting an inclusive and collaborative company culture.
- HR Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day HR activities such as payroll processing, compliance, and addressing legal matters, ensuring alignment with labor laws.
- Reward and Recognition: Design competitive compensation and benefits packages and long-term retention reward mechanisms.
- Performance and Talent Management: Support teams in setting objectives, delivering feedback, and fostering professional development. Work on building effective strategies for talent management, succession planning, and career progression.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across various levels of the organization, including senior leaders. Monitor and report on HR performance and KPIs, advocating for continuous improvement.
- HR Analytics: Use HR metrics and data to drive decision-making and identify trends that can enhance organizational performance.
- Change Management: Lead initiatives to manage organizational changes effectively, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Ethical Leadership: Maintain high standards of professionalism and ethics in all HR processes and activities.
Who You Are:
- 8+ years of HR experience in a global, tech-driven industry (preferred).
- Experience in building and scaling HR functions in growing companies.
- Strong knowledge and experience of HR best practices, employment regulations, policy implementation, and employee relations.
- Skilled in building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative and solution-oriented thinker.
- Fluent in Bulgarian and English, with excellent communication skills.
