How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Windows Administration: Manage and maintain Intune, SSO, and Active Directory environments.
- IT Support: Provide comprehensive support for systems, servers, and users, ensuring seamless operations.
- Infrastructure Maintenance: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize IT systems for performance and reliability.
- Cross-Platform Management: JAMF knowledge is a plus.
Who You Are:
- Experience: Proven background in IT infrastructure, system administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience managing Windows Server environments, PowerShell scripting, and cloud platforms like Azure.
- Cloud & Collaboration Tools: Strong understanding of Office 365 administration, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Security & Compliance: Knowledge of best practices for system security, backups, and disaster recovery.
- System Proficiency: Experience with virtualization, networking, and Active Directory management.
- Automation & Scripting: Ability to develop and deploy scripts for automation and efficiency.
- Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with a structured approach to troubleshooting and optimization.
- Education: A BS degree in a computer-related discipline or relevant certification.
