Your Team:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate strategic projects across our IT and Information Security departments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing IT, Tech and R&D projects with precision, demonstrating a strong personality and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives and company standards.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Lead and manage complex IT and InfoSec projects, including hardware infrastructure implementations and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Utilize Jira, Confluence, Trello, and/ or Miro to create project plans, track progress, and manage documentation.
• Ensure project milestones and deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively manage issues to resolution.
• Drive clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including regular status reports and updates.
• Facilitate team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project retrospectives.
• Act as the key point of contact between IT, InfoSec, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and provide leadership and guidance to project team members.
• Establish best practices and improve project management processes within the organization.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IT and Information Security environments.
• Proven experience managing short terms projects (ex. Hardware) and infrastructure deployments.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence ( Mandatory), Trello and/ or Miro (Optional).
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong personality with the confidence to challenge ideas, negotiate timelines, and influence stakeholders.
• Experience in risk management and resource allocation.
• Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) are a plus.
