£30,000 plus car allowance, plus an OTE of £24,000

Territory covers - Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire & Oxfordshire.

The New Business Consultant is responsible for the on-going success of new account openings in their Region, at Key Account level in both the Professional Skin Therapist and Medi-Aesthetic area.  The role means you will become a creative director in your own right of engineering new conversations to increase brand awareness, exposure and reach across your region.  To have the ability to be a pro-active sales professional through networking and prospecting; to deliver on all conversion KPI’s.

The responsibilities of the New Business Consultant…. Could this be you?

  • Meet and exceed all sales targets set for gaining Professional Skin Therapists (PST), Medi Spas and Aesthetics Clinics within the region
  • Create own sales leads through prospecting and networking
  • Maintaining a prospect list for the PST/Medi/Aesthetics Clinics to convert to business
  • Managing and following through sales leads from Head Office in timely manner
  • Leading the creating of bespoke compelling new business pitches, working in collaboration with the multifunctional team (marketing, trade marketing, education, sales, finance)
  • Working in close collaboration with the Associate Sales Director, Regional Sales Manager and Finance to develop and align new account commercial terms
  • Maintain client records and complete administration
  • Organise and host networking sessions and events
  • Organise and host guest speaker events, coffee chats working in collaboration with education or alone

Do you have the below skills?

  • Proven sales experience in B2B sector preferably industry related
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in opening new accounts and account management
  • Track record of reaching and exceeding all business targets
  • Have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to analyse business performance to identify and maximise potential opportunities
  • Self- motivated
  • First class time management and organisational skills
  • Reliable, trustworthy & adaptable
