As a Retail Skin Consultant, you will be at the heart of our customer experience, driving sales and delivering exceptional skin consultations on the shop floor. Your role will focus on providing expert advice and ensuring that every customer feels educated, empowered, and supported in their skincare journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalised skin consultations and offer tailored product recommendations to meet each customer's needs and concerns.
  • Build strong customer relationships by engaging with them at every touchpoint and delivering a high level of service.
  • Focus on delivering a memorable customer experience that results in product sales and increased customer loyalty.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of Dermalogica products and help them create a skincare routine that promotes long-term skin health.
  • Take ownership of sales targets, both individual and store-wide, ensuring monthly goals are achieved.
  • Support the team of skin therapists by driving treatment bookings.
  • Participate in promotional activities and create engaging customer experiences in store to attract new customers.
  • Maintain product displays and ensure stock levels are sufficient to support sales.
  • Stay informed about new products and industry trends to share relevant information with customers.

Do you have the skills?

  • A passion for skincare and a desire to share that enthusiasm with others.
  • Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within retail, beauty, or FMCG sectors.
  • A proactive, customer-focused attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • You will be an extrovert, outgoing, pro- active and creative thinker who can create theatre at the counter to really inspire and draw our customers to us.
  • Above all else, you will have a passion for the retail environment & skin health like no one has ever seen. You will use this passion to inspire others.
  • Ideally, you will have some background in a skincare consultation, but we will provide all necessary product and service training.
