As the Regional Sales Manager you will coach and mentor a driven and passionate sales team to achieve your territory success. With a mission to grow market share and existing business you will strive for excellence in customer service and preventing of churn. You will know how to motivate a team and switch on levers of success while providing ongoing coaching to support growth and development. You will be proficient in CRM reporting and data analysis in order to provide accurate forecast and activity recommendations to key stakeholders.
The responsibilities of the Account Manager Medspa…. Could this be you?
- Lead the sales initiatives to introduce Dermalogica/ProDermalogica into aesthetic practices.
- Develop and implement strategic sales concepts tailored to the needs of aesthetic practices.
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new dermatological and aesthetic clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, supporting their growth.
- Represent the brand and showcase treatment concepts at industry congresses and trade fairs.
- Network effectively with dermatologists and aesthetic doctors, fostering professional connections.
- Collaborate closely with professional skin therapists in aesthetic practices, supported by internal marketing and education teams.
- Coach and assist sales colleagues in expanding their work with aesthetic and dermatological practices outside your primary region.
Do you have the below skills?
- Proven success in building and managing sales territories, with a focus on customer acquisition.
- A strong sales acumen and ability to close deals effectively.
- Established network in aesthetic practices and familiarity with cosmetic and aesthetic treatments.
- Confidence in discussing scientific concepts and presenting clinical studies.
- Expertise in engaging medical experts with ingredient-based arguments and evidence.
- Highly self-motivated, flexible, and persistent, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Commercial or medical training/studies, complemented by a structured and results-oriented approach.
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a collaborative team spirit.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
