About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our rapidly growing Sales & Commercial team. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating and establishing new relationships  with enterprise companies in the logistics space to showcase our transformational technology. This is an individual contributor role with individual targets, however you will be working with our Commercial Implementation/Solutions, Product and Marketing teams to ensure a world class end-to-end client experience.



Day to Day role:

  • Prospect, identify, and close new business opportunities within the logistics space
  • Manage & lead the full sales lifecycle, start to finish to meet and exceed quarterly targets and sales quotas
  • Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen our go-to-market strategy and recognise new ways to strengthen our pipeline and get an introduction with enterprise clients
  • Work with internal teams in order to tailor proposals for potential clients 
  • Keep on top of logistics trends, what our competition is doing, and what market developments are ongoing
  • Learn, support and find solutions for clients who usually take longer to be sold to. This will involve a more consultative measure of sales but we can show real value in their long term gains
  • Be accompanied by our Commercial Implementation team as well as our Sales Directors to run presentations, technical demonstrations and take questions on our technology
  • Target and build long term relationships with C-Suite - level stakeholders 
  • Working across the whole sales/commercial function during the sales process to ensure each prospect has the appropriate amount of assistance from a technical and functional perspective  
  • Keep maintaining relationships and support the development of the Dexory circle

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with B2B enterprise sales (ideally selling 6 figure deals)
  • Experience working within Technology sector SaaS and/or logistics would be ideal 
  • Constantly meeting/exceeding your individual sales quota 
  • Managing and maintaining the CRM system is essential (we use HubSpot)
