Role: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Account Manager to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for managing and expanding our portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales acumen and excellent relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within assigned enterprise accounts
  • Once you become familiar with our accounts, you can identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to drive revenue growth
  • Work with the rest of the Commercial team to develop and execute strategic account plans in order to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence
  • In addition, you will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align efforts and deliver cohesive solutions to clients, ensuring client satisfaction, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly
  • Meeting with customers both face to face and virtually
  • Stay up to date about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and keep on top of competition
  • Utilise HubSpot to manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales activity, and provide regular updates to the leadership team

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales (within SaaS or Technology sector selling, ideally), account management, or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Experience with CRM software (HubSpot is ideal) and sales analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of the logistics industry is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events; both UK and abroad.
