 About the role

We are looking for an experienced and highly collaborative Senior Visual Designer to join the newly formed CX & Design team to help design and deliver critical projects and artefacts across our evolving end to end customer & user experience and help embed design thinking at the heart of the business. 

We have evolved at pace from selling hardware and software to selling a platform and end to end solution, and as demand increases to deliver ever more spectacular experiences for live and location based entertainment as well as Virtual productions for Film and Broadcast you will have the opportunity to design engaging experiences across all touchpoints of the disguise brand - from our product to our marketing communications. 

What you will do

  • Create best in class design outputs in line with brand standards.
  • Create designs such as design systems, layouts, user interface, iconography and presentation narratives.
  • Concept and collaborate with CX, marketing and product teams to ensure design work exceeds expectations.
  • Work closely with the VP Design and Design Director to lead the design craft and execute the vision.
  • Manage and maintain the quality of design throughout all phases of the project.
  • Mentor and manage Junior Designers.
  • Participate constructively in inter-department and cross-service line communications

Experience we are looking for

  • 4+ years agency experience or similar
  • A proven ability to produce cutting edge creative work, and an advanced understanding of design.
  • Must have experience in creating user interface designs for responsive websites, products and mobile applications.
  • Advanced knowledge of design fundamentals and methodologies
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Keynote
  • Prototyping experience
  • Motion design experience is a plus
