About the role:

We are seeking a Project Manager - Saas and Cloud on a 6 month contract (FTE or day rate) to report to the Head of Projects and works in partnership with the cloud / web and software development teams, and cross-functionally with the finance team, Operations, Marketing and Commercial teams. The Project Manager will be involved primarily with the end to end management and delivery of disguise cloud development projects, using a hybrid (agile/waterfall) project management approach ensuring all projects’ timely delivery to quality and within budget, and liaising with cross-departmental stakeholders and external partners, managing contracts and obligations. 

The successful candidate will be a confident self-starter with excellent communication skills and proven prior experience of successful cross functional end to end SaaS product launch, preferably within a creative environment. They will need to have a secure knowledge of cloud / web services development, CI/CD and product and system data analytics tools, and be comfortable with multiple delivery approaches, and raising / escalating issues. 


What you will do:

  • Delivery Management of cloud / web development projects
  • Take active control and end to end management of multiple projects including process, budgets, delivery timeline including prototyping, team, risks and outputs
  • Work to, and enforce correct hybrid project methodology process and procedures
  • Clear progress reporting
  • Work collaboratively with internal cloud / web and software teams
  • Deliver the program end to end working collaboratively with cross functional teams internally across the organisation including Marketing, Product, Commercial, Operations, Engineering etc.
  • Manage and build relationships with internal teams and across departments to  deliver to agreed milestones,  escalating issues and challenges and expectation management
  • Make decisions within given tolerance

  • First class communication, analytical, problem solving, planning and team management abilities
  • Proven ability of delivery of end to end cross functional project management of SaaS projects, to budget, on time and to a high quality, particularly with a focus on cloud / web development, managing external partners and experience delivering within a hybrid (agile/waterfall) methodology.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to coordinate and manage cross functional teams internally across the organisation including Marketing, Product, Commercial etc.
  • Ability to build great working relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Create and sustain a positive and productive team culture to ensure success
