Role:           Regional Sales Executive

Reports to:  Regional Sales Manager

Based in:     UK

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle for your allocated region within Tier 2 partners and net new business
  • Work to individual and team targets, as well as focused KPI’s
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
  • Produce accurate forecasts for sales of products and services monthly
  • Unlock new users of disguise products and workflow
  • Balance outbound prospecting for new business with account management of existing Tier 2 clients
  • Increase brand awareness and market reach in key verticals - TV/Broadcast, Film, E Sports, Corporate and Education
  • Working with our direct partner network to increase disguise’s presence in the region
  • Organise demos and technical pre-sales and post-sales activity using the Technical Solutions team
  • Work with Sales Admin to process quotes, orders, invoicing and delivery of goods to customers
  • Work with the Regional Sales Manager to plan, resolve issues and ensure good communication across the team
  • Work with the marketing team to generate interest and knowledge of the brand across UK and Ireland
  • Strong knowledge of direct sales and reselling networks in previous sales roles
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Design and implement a strategic business development plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence in managed regions.

 

Skills and Experience:

  • 2 plus years in complex, technology solution led selling
  • Clear achievement of ambitious targets and growth
  • Willingness to Travel extensively
  • Commercially minded, with a proven track record of sales growth
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Experience of lead generation
  • Experience of working with decision makers and closing deals
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Outstanding influencing skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Experience of managing pipelines on a CRM system - ideally salesforce
