Regional Sales Manager  -  Australia and New Zealand

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced, results driven individual with a proven track record to join the global sales team. This role represents disguise in ANZ. The role has the responsibility of driving growth through our established customer and partner base and to hunt our net new opportunities across Live Events, Film and TV, Broadcast, and Fixed Installation.  The successful candidate will have experience of selling complex, innovative solutions across software and hardware platforms. They will have some experience of the technology across some of the verticals named above and will have an established network in at least one of them. 



  • Manage the full sales cycle for your allocated region
  • Work to individual and team targets, as well as focused KPI’s
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization
  • Produce accurate forecasts for sales of products and services monthly
  • Unlock new users of disguise products and workflow
  • Balance attraction of new customers and partner with retention and growth of existing customers and partners. 
  • Be omni-present across all verticals with a focus on key markets. Film, TV, Live, Fixed Install and more
  • Working with our direct partner network to increase disguise’s presence in the region
  • Organise demos and technical pre-sales and post-sales activity using the Technical Solutions team
  • Work with the APAC Sales Admin to process quotes, orders, invoicing and delivery of goods to customers
  • Work with the Sales Director to plan, resolve issues and ensure good communication across the team
  • Strong knowledge of direct sales and reselling networks in previous sales roles.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Design and implement a strategic business development plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence in managed regions. 


Skills and Experience:

  • 5 plus years in direct, complex, solution led selling 
  • Clear achievement of ambitious targets and growth
  • Willingness to Travel  
  • Commercially minded, with a proven track record of sales growth
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Experience of lead generation
  • Experience of working with decision makers and closing deals
  • Strong presentation skills
