ABOUT THE ROLE

disguise is rapidly expanding its global network of customers and is looking for a Los Angeles based Sales Manager to join our growing Americas team. This person will be responsible for finding new business, managing key accounts, and selling into new accounts. The target market for this role is our Film and TV sector which is seeing the most rapid growth in the business. 

They shall champion our growing range of products and strengthen relationships with our existing client base. The ideal candidate would be fearless in their approach and skillful with the intricacies of uncovering a client's needs. It would be imperative that this candidate is familiar with the Film/ TV industry and working with these clients. 

What you will do:

  • Achieve individual and team targets, as well as focused KPIs
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets 
  • Increase brand awareness and market reach within the Film / TV vertical
  • Produce accurate monthly forecasts for sales of products and services
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in the vertical. 
  • Unlock new users of disguise products and workflow
  • Balance outbound prospecting for new business with key account management of existing clients
  • Attend industry networking events and build relationships within industry

 Experience we are looking for: 

  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Leadership qualities gained from managing small teams
  • Enterprise Sales experience as well as Account Management experience
  • Experience closing and managing large deals
  • Able to demonstrate solid sales process in running a territory
  • Able to build strategic partnerships with customers or other technology providers
  • Able to work with and influence C-level clients
  • Strong numerical and forecasting skills
