Meptik is looking for an experienced, full-time Account Manager / Business Development Representative to join our expanding team.
Meptik is seeking an experienced AM/BDR to help drive explosive growth for our company. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing, managing and closing new business within target industry accounts in the Southeast with a strong focus in Georgia. The AM / BDR will be responsible for managing the sales process around the Meptik portfolio of products to these new key client targets.

The Role:
The Account Executive is expected to:

Represent and model Meptik’s company culture of humble confidence both internally and externally with a passion to drive new opportunities around innovative technology, in a creative, emerging industry.

Identify, prospect and close new business opportunities within the assigned Film Industry target segment

Articulate and evangelize the vision and positioning of both the company and products, and secure strategic commercial commitments

Align the overall corporate solution to the customer’s business needs, challenges, and technical requirements

Prepare and deliver effective client presentations, including key stakeholders at all levels of the organization up to C-Suite

Gain a clear understanding of client needs and desired outcomes

Provide value positioning on how Meptik’s offerings can help potential clients and why they should choose to partner with Meptik

Deliver regular status and result updates to internal teams

Proactively and efficiently manage resources with dedicated teams, virtual teams, and executive staff around opportunities to ensure successful outcomes

Accurately forecast business on a quarterly cadence
Your background, skills, & character:
Ideal candidates will possess the following characteristics and experience:

Bachelor’s Degree

3+ years of successful sales experience as a direct contributor carrying an individual quota

Preferred - experience selling into the Film Industry, preferably with existing contacts and a knowledge of the buying process in the segment

Good executive presence, communication skills, and credibility

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned annual/quarterly goals and targets

Attentive to forecasting and business reporting responsibilities

Strong interpersonal and communication skills: writing, editing and presenting

Ability to handle multiple sales cycles simultaneously
