Key Responsibilities 


  • Own the revenue number for all of EMEA
  • Meet team monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities with existing and new customers
  • Drive team to build a sales pipeline to ensure ongoing success
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunity and forecast through the team on the ground
  • Monitor, analyze, and manage sales managers cadence and activity against goals.
  • Leverage our existing customer base of tens of thousands of users create new projects and upselling opportunities
  • Build a framework for consistent growth reaching outside our current customer base to the broader market, in verticals such as Virtual Production, Corporate, Government, Immersive, Education etc
  • Collaborate with global team members and peers to develop strategy to drive revenue.
  • Use existing network and contacts to lead disguise into the biggest most exciting projects on the planet
  • Establish and maintain the sales process, creating agility for different verticals and commercials models
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the board and senior Exec team


  • Own the go-to-market strategy for the division
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in managed regions.
  • Pull together Sales, Marketing and Product to execute on strategy
  • Create go to market strategy & implementation plan for key accounts and channel partners including demand generation process in order to push into new markets and sales models
  • Establish and Maintain Client Relationships with existing and new strategic accounts, channel partners, rental partners and distributors ensuring a sustainable long-term relationship and revenue growth

Team + Management

  • Manage a team of 5x Sales managers and 3x BDRs 
  • Be an effective and strong manager to the team
  • Identify skills gaps and provide feedback to the business about what support you need to fill those gaps 
  • Mentor and develop key talents to develop the strongest team in the industry
  • Build a strong partnership with peers to promote a cohesive approach in pursuit of business growth & team development
  • Works closely with the leadership team to identify opportunities for strategic growth in line with the agreed business objectives.


  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Pitch and present disguise solutions to all level of customer organisations
  • Be able to lead the sales process including customer presentations and demos, with or without the presence of a partner or colleague.
  • Leverage relationships/rolodex to capture potential customers or revitalize relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Establish a differentiated technical and business value proposition across all disguise products and services solutions. 
  • Be fearless and resilient in the face of challenges, and set the tone for the rest of the team


Job Requirements

  • 10 plus years of selling experience, including a minimum of 3 years sales management
  • Experience selling digitally and directly to media companies, Fortune 100 Enterprises or other video related industries
  • A proven track record of growing revenue through direct and ecommerce methods
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with demand generation and modern sales processes
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Spanish, Portuguese and French a plus
