We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Business Partner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering closely with various stakeholders across the organization to provide critical insights and strategic guidance. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, optimizing profitability, and supporting key decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: Perform accurate pipeline and revenue forecasting, utilizing data-driven analysis to provide insights into future financial performance. Prepare comprehensive board packs for the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), summarizing key financial information and insights to aid in decision-making. Implement and maintain controls to ensure quote profitability, working closely with sales and finance teams to optimize pricing strategies. Work with the wider business intelligence team to introduce controls and system improvements to various commercial processes Conduct thorough reviews of project profitability, identifying areas for improvement and working collaboratively with project managers to enhance financial outcomes. Track and monitor the financial performance of various commercial initiatives, providing recommendations to enhance their effectiveness and impact. Develop and deploy commercial tools and automations to streamline processes and enhance efficiency within the finance function. Required Skills: Exceptional data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel and SQL, to manipulate and interpret complex financial data. Strong commercial acumen to understand the business landscape, identify opportunities, and contribute to strategic planning. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders and facilitate collaborative decision-making. Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across various levels of the organization. Understanding of end-to-end go-to-market processes and best practices Adept problem-solving capabilities to tackle complex financial challenges and provide actionable recommendations. Strong user of Salesforce and commercial business systems (Preferably Salesloft, PandaDoc and LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
