Disguise is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts within the House of Worship sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within this market and will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and managing a pipeline of sales. 


  • Achieve individual and team targets, as well as focused KPIs
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets 
  • Increase brand awareness and market reach within the House of Worship sector
  • Produce accurate monthly forecasts for sales of products and services within our CRM software, Salesforce. 
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in the vertical. 
  • Unlock new users of disguise products and workflow
  • Balance outbound prospecting for new business with key account management of existing clients
  • Attend industry networking events and build relationships within industry
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials for the House of Worship sector.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies relevant to the House of Worship sector.


  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the AV or technology industry
  • Experience selling to religious institutions or within the House of Worship sector is highly desirable
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Enterprise Sales experience as well as Account Management experience
  • Experience closing and managing large deals
  • Able to demonstrate solid sales process in running a territory
  • Able to build strategic partnerships with customers or other technology providers
  • Able to work with and influence C-level clients
  • Strong numerical and forecasting skills
