Account Manager 

Role: Account Manager - LBX 

Function:  Sales

Reports to: VP Sales AMER

ABOUT THE ROLE

Disguise is looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to work with our Sales Manager within the LBX (Location Based Experience) . This is one of our most exciting verticals, where our consumers are in physical destinations being entertained by our spectacular visual performances ie  theme parks, museums and immersive experiences.

As Account Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 25+ accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO: 

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the LBX market
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients; addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Conduct regular client meetings to assess needs, provide updates, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
  • Execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the LBX industry.
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional teams (ie. finance, technical) to coordinate sales efforts, address challenges, and optimize processes.
  • Create quotes and manage sales opportunities for existing accounts 
  • Closing deals with existing accounts
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager/Account Lead 
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback 
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts using CRM software.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, track progress towards goals, and make data-driven decisions.

EXPERIENCE: 

  • Experience selling in A/V, Entertainment Tech OR any technical sales (ie software, cloud, hardware) OR tech product sales
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in B2B sales 
  • Experience in Account Management 25+ accounts; upselling to existing customers 
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization including at C-Level
  • Experience closing and managing large deals
  • Demonstrable solid sales processes
  • Experience building strategic partnerships with customers or other technology providers
  • Strong numerical and forecasting skills
