Senior Implementation Engineer

Responsibilities:

The Senior Implementation Engineer role is responsible for configuring and customizing E2open’s Intelligent Application Suite in line with the E2open's direction and customers’ business needs.  As a Senior Staff Implementation Engineer, you will work under the direction of an Engineering Lead across the full SDLC including requirements gathering, solution design and development, user acceptance testing and solution implementation.

 

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

Required:

  • Highly motivated Individual who takes pride in implementation of best of breed SCM Systems
  • Capacity for teamwork, analytical skills, creativity, and willingness to acquire new skills.
  • 6+ years’ experience in Configuring & Implementing Enterprise Systems using SDLC concepts and Agile methodology.
  • Strong Technical Skills that include SQL, PL/SQL, Linux and ETL tools.
  • Knowledge of Java and Python will be an added advantage.
  • Detail oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Superstar who can work across technical & functional teams.
  • Understand client’s requirements and provide best practice solution options.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on project delivery, solution development and deployment as needed.
  • SCM/ERP/CRM implementation or support experience

Preferred:

  • Experience in implementing Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Collaboration in integrated environments.
  • BI/DW experience
  • Knowledge of latest trends – Big Data, Cloud/SAAS, Analytics, AI, API-based integration.
  • Bachelor’s in computer application, Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent
  • APICS or SCM Certified
  • Open to travel
