Responsibilities
- Implement complex multi-enterprise supply chain management applications
- Work in a team for implementing Demand Sensing and Business Planning solutions (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization)
- Conduct and lead business and technical design workshops around our customers’ complex global Supply Chain processes to create highly scalable and sustainable solutions
- Synthesize customer’s business requirements to create clear and comprehensive use cases and solution design documentation
- Deliver best solutions to drive maximum value for customers on both application and technical fronts
- Lead role in testing, running and tuning forecasting and inventory models with customer data sets
- Analyze data, identify process/systems issues, form hypotheses and solution approaches
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or Ph. D. degree in Industrial Engineering/Operations Research, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
Experience
Required
- In depth knowledge of Short term and Long term Demand Sensing and Inventory optimization solutions
- Supply planning and Sales and Operations Planning is a plus
- 5+ years of experience working in Supply Chain-related or SaaS-related field in increasingly responsible roles including implementing complex solutions in an enterprise customer environment.
- Ability to produce professional quality documentation
- Experience working with database technologies and PL/SQL
- Experience working with reporting and business intelligence analytical tools.
- Outstanding communication skills; able to communicate with all levels of an organization
- Ability to present strategic information, data, and results in a clear and understandable manner utilizing methods appropriate to various forums
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of statistical models and mathematical techniques
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced, informal environment where constant change is the norm and the bar for delivering
Preferred
- Strong understanding of forecasting techniques and statistical planning
- Analytics / Reporting experience working with QlikView/QlikSense
- Python experience
- Systems integration
- Software development life cycle
