Our Challenges:

We highly value the quality of our customer journey on our digital platforms, whether through our APIs or applications. We are constantly evolving in this area, and to help us improve even more, we are seeking Product Managers who will be directly responsible for executing our strategy. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle: strategy, prioritization, construction, feedback cycles, operation, and go-to-market.

How we work today:

  • Agile, multidisciplinary product-oriented teams;
  • Agile methodology with Lean Startup practices, prototyping, design thinking, hypothesis testing, and metrics orientation;
  • Platform strategy-based products;
  • Solutions launched on web, mobile, and APIs channels;
  • Engineering and design teams dedicated to the product.

Responsibilities:

  • Think products, not projects;
  • Strategic vision;
  • Definition of guidelines for the roadmap of each product;
  • Deep dive into the big picture, with a focus on the customer, problem resolution, and value delivery;
  • People management. Building and developing product people teams, leading Tribes;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Define product strategy, decide what is most important and feasible to do now, go-to-market, and structure product operation;
  • Remove impediments and align with internal areas for product launch;
  • Work alongside engineering teams, maintaining strategic alignment with Team Leads;
  • Organize demands from the perspective of agile methodologies;
  • Explicit orientation to what is valuable to the customer. Participate in pre-sales;
  • Generate metrics for measuring success.
  • Deal with critical operations and international customers.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Technical background;
  • Knowledge of the payments, exchange segment, or previous experience with cross-border or derivatives;
  • Experience in working on the customer journey, understanding their problem (analysis of indicators, behavior, and flows);
  • Experience with product metrics;
  • Advanced/Fluent English;
  • Experience in the financial market.
