Junior Commercial Analyst

London Victoria Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home

About the role:

Working in a multi faceted role within the global front office team focusing on the dealing and account management side of the business. This is a unique opportunity for someone to make their mark in a fast growing and high performing business. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the VP of Repeat Business & Chief Revenue Officer with global manager routines and tracking decision making outcomes 
  • Own select reporting to management, playing an integral role in the commercial success of the global dealing team. E.g. Dealer hiring model, portfolio size and allocation, activity metrics etc..)
  • Trade & Account level pricing monitoring. Identifying and tracking cases for the pricing committee. 
  • Analyse individual KPI’s for quarterly commission & bonus calculations 
  • Support strategic initiatives through analysis & implementation. E.g. FX hedging strategies, trade finance, market strategy opportunities and client churn reduction
  • Prepare presentations on performance & meeting our repeat revenue goals 

Experience:

  • ~1-2 yrs professional experience (preferably within financial services)
  • A track record of strong academic or professional achievement 

Competencies: 

  • Self-starting & proactive 
  • Very strong analytical skills
  • Exceptionally organised 
  • Ability to juggle changing priorities and a varied workload associated with a fast paced team 
  • Passion and natural curiosity for the FX & payments industry and a desire to build knowledge of our business
