Responsibilities:
● Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of robust data pipelines and ETL
processes.
● Build, develop, and lead a high-performing data team.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver actionable
insights.
● Establish and enforce data governance policies and standards to ensure data quality
and security.
● Drive innovation and explore emerging technologies to enhance our data capabilities.
● Build, develop, and lead a high-performing data team.
Experience and qualifications:
● Proficiency in Python for data transformation and validation.
● Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing large datasets, as well as experience
working with structured and unstructured data sources.
● Data engineering and modelling skills such as slowly changing dimensions and
dimensional modelling.
● Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, foster a positive team culture, and empower
team members to succeed.
● Hands-on experience with data warehousing, data lakes, and cloud platforms, including
designing and implementing data solutions at scale
● Self-motivation and curiosity, with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced
environment, continuously improving both technical and business skills.
● Experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform) tools and services, such as BigQuery,
Cloud Run, and Cloud Functions.
● Fluency in English (Spanish, a plus)
