Job Title: Partner Relationships Associate - Programme Manager Team, APAC

Location: Sydney CBD Office (4 days in the office, 1 day from home)

Job Description:

Ebury is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Partner Relationships Associate to join the dynamic Programme Manager team in our Sydney office. The team manages our white label partners (Programme Managers) and is one of the fastest growing parts of the business globally. This role is pivotal in establishing and maintaining robust communication channels with partners and key stakeholders within internal support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and Maintain Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with our white label partners (Programme Managers) to facilitate successful onboarding of end clients and sustained engagement.

  • Liaison Role: Act as the main point of contact between external partners and Ebury’s internal teams, including onboarding, compliance, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

  • Onboarding Support: Coordinate the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring that all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met promptly and accurately.

  • Ongoing Support: Provide continuous support to our partners, addressing any queries or issues related to compliance, operational processes, or system functionalities.

  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within the partner relationship management process, making recommendations to enhance efficiency and partner satisfaction.

Experience/Requirements:

  • Experience: Bachelor Degree level education preferred. Previous experience in a relationship management or client-facing role (within the financial services sector ideal, but not a necessity)

  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of compliance and operational processes, with a keen grasp of how these apply in real-world scenarios.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing partner needs and challenges.

  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively liaise across various departments.

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
